Our co-living is perfect for those of you who enjoys learning from other people, networking, and as simple as, constantly having your neighbors as your good friends. Yet of course if you need your own space, you have the comfort of chilling in your own room.
Other than the connections you form, if you want a cozy fit-out and convenient services - all bundled pricing including electricity, water, internet, etc and flexible monthly stay – this is the right place for you.

We completely understand that before choosing a place to live, you’d like to have a clear idea on what the space is like. So our pic would be more than happy to take you on a tour to the site ☺.

There is – one unit is allocated one car parking spot. There are also parking for motorcycles, this area will be first come first serve.

Whoever you are, we have events that will cater to your interests! Our activities ranges from small get-togethers to planned events that are related to art, sports, culinary (sometimes we also eat together!), and many more. For example, the types of activities take the form of the following: creative/artsy classes, trivial sport competitions, board game sessions, etc.

Our communal area is equipped with a front desk (where the General Manager will be for the most part), coworking area, pantry, lounge area, fun area, laundry room, and even a cinema room!

Yes, we clean it twice a day to ensure your convenience.

Yes there is! Your General Manager will be on site for the majority of the time and will be reachable by mobile as well.

Yes of course, but you should run your ideas for the event to the General Manager around a couple of weeks in advance.

Yes you can, however, upon leaving, you should leave the site space as how you first entered. If you’re unsure please ask the General Manager first.
