Project Construction Support



What you mostly do :

  • Maintain all project constructions details and perform all tasks to ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and processed accurately.
  • Review vendor/supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare close out documentation in accordance to accounting procedures.
  • Create Budget & Invoice approval for construction purchase related.
  • Track Invoice Payment and create Purchase Order.

Who may have significant advantages for the role:

  • (2+) years of experience in fields related to construction project management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology and documents.
  • Knowledge of administrative, office and general accounting procedures and standards.
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design is preffered.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving attitude and a team player.
