Front Officer (Surabaya Area)



What you mostly do :

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintain comfortability and security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage some administrative tasks by using personal computer
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Who may have significant advantages for the role :

  • Live in Surabaya
  • Have SMK / Diploma (D3 / D4) / S1 degree from all field
  • Well groomed
  • Familiar with using personal computer and working with basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Preferably able to speak daily conversations in English
  • Have good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
