Community and Facility Manager (Surabaya Area)



What you mostly do:

  • Manage the pre-opening stage (collaborating with project management team, preparing the manpower, etc) of our new locations so that all can be done based on the timeline and operational standards
  • Maintain our co-working spaces and make sure all operational and facilities are going well
  • Initiate community development and marketing programs to enhance our growth in Surabaya area
  • Collaborate with Regional Development Lead to manage budget of our co-working spaces
  • Generate and present regular reports and reviews of our regional business growth and operational

Who may have advantage for this role:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or any related field
  • Willing to be located in Surabaya
  • Candidate have to know clearly about our target market in Surabaya area (preferably the ones who have lived in Surabaya for a relatively long time)
  • Experience in hotel sales and marketing and/or hotel business development is a big plus
  • Well-organized, structured, tidy and love to uphold the SOP and familiar with business expansion
  • Have a strong leadership to manage a team and hospitality to handle customers
  • Passionate in co-working space industry and have interest in startup environment
